Harford County’s newest indoor adventure park is one we can’t recommend enough when you’re looking for an indoor play spot here in HarCo.
This brand new facility is unlike any other in the county and has become a go-to for our family. With a huge trampoline area, obstacle courses, toddler play space, and sports zone, it’s a must-visit. Whether you have a toddler who wants to bounce and slide or a big kid ready to tackle a ninja warrior course, Vault delivers an experience kids will love.
We’ve personally spent countless hours here since they’ve opened and it’s become an instant favorite for our family.

A High-Energy Adventure
When it comes to indoor play in Harford County, MD, Vault ActivePLAY is such a unique option. It’s filled with attractions designed for all ages and energy levels, making it perfect for local families. Here is a look at what you’ll discover when you visit:
Bounce Deck - An interactive trampoline arena filled with wall-to-wall trampolines and also includes interactive gaming features throughout.
Recess Nest - Designed for younger children, this is a soft-style play space complete with cushioned obstacles, zip-line, slides, and interactive elements that let little ones explore safely and at their own pace.
Velocity Vortex - This is the coolest beat-the-clock challenge that tests agility and courage with a mechanical wall of obstacles and a race against time.
Apex Challenge - My daughter’s personal favorite, this is a ninja warrior-style course where kids can unleash their inner ninja on cutting-edge obstacles, while racing against time.
AirPlay Arena - This section brings sports and play together with basketball hoops, interactive soccer goals, dodgeball, and a scoring system that brings the competition.
Admission to the facility is based on 1- or 2-hour play passes. These can be booked in advance through their website or purchased onsite. Passes include access to all of the play areas listed above.

A Space for Kids to Grow
As my daughter has grown, I’ve struggled to find options here in HarCo to meet her interests. I’ve heard the same from so many parents and caregivers, which is what made me so excited to welcome Vault ActivePLAY to Harford County.
This was the addition that we needed and is perfect for elementary ages, tweens, and even teens. With so much to explore, the challenges have been a win for guests and they continue to add new features.
Their newest add-on is the arcade zone that is filled with the traditional favorites, along with new options. Game passes are purchased separate from general admission and allow you to control the amount.
Coming soon - aerial ropes course
If you think Vault is impressive now, just wait. An expanded aerial ropes course experience is on the way, adding a unique addition to an already incredible facility. Keep an eye on their social media pages for updates on when this new addition will open.
A Playdate Worth Planning
I’m always on the lookout for playdate spots here in Harford County that can keep everyone entertained. Vault makes it easy.
The kids stay busy exploring and challenging themselves, while parents have the opportunity to connect and catch up. Because the focus is on active play, it's also an awesome choice during colder months, rainy days, or those hot summer afternoons when outdoor playgrounds feel impossible.
If you're looking to meet up with friends, organize a homeschool outing, or simply get the kids out of the house for a few hours, Vault is definitely worth considering.
safety first
Unlike many of the other indoor trampoline parks we’ve visited, Vault does an incredible job of prioritizing safety within all areas of their facility. Staff are on alert to make sure obstacles and equipment are being used properly and ensure safe-play throughout the experience. This has given me the confidence to allow my daughter to freely explore, without the need for me to be hovering nearby.
